The room, hotel, staff was wonderful. Close proximity to Long Beach Airport
And much less busy than LAX.
The only comment I would have to make is that we needed to leave about 6 a m and the shuttle to the airport does not start running until about 8 a m or 8:30 am so we had to use Lyft. The pick up by the shuttle driver on our return flight was well done!

We chose the Pacific Inn because we needed a park and cruise hotel. We usually stay at the Crown Plaza in San Pedro or the Doubletree,but they weren't available. We really liked the location of the Pacific Inn. It's walking distance to Main Street Seal Beach where there are numerous restaurants, shops, and the pier is located at the end of Main Street. All within a 10 minute walk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the hotel shuttle because it was booked up, but they offered to get us a Lyft/Uber. Our car was parked in the garage and we felt safe leaving it there for the week. We will stay here again.

Te Pacific Inn was perfect location for our trip to Catalina Island. Stayed before Island, took shuttle to Catalina Express. Had to return day earlier due to forecast bad weather. Stayed additional night at Pacific Inn, was perfect.

Airport transportation was scheduled, but arrived 45 minutes late and the flight was already boarding when we arrived. Airport transportation was scheduled for our return, but we had to wait 30 minutes at the airport for it to arrive. We highly recommend you not use this airport for ParkSleepFly services.

We were very happy with our hotel accommodations. The room was very nice, the bed was great and the front desk people were over and above friendly and helpful. We will definitely park and stay at The Pacific Inn again.
**Our flight left too early for the regularly scheduled shuttles. The shuttle WAS there to pick up a flight crew, and the staff offered to check on us riding with them. However, due to COVID, that was not an option. The staff DID, though, call and arrange for a taxi to be waiting for us in the early morning.

The shuttle TO the airport was not confirmed with a phone call to me (only online with the reservation) which meant there were no times left for what I required to use the shuttle with ease. I had to wait more than 90 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up on my return due to not 'calling them to make my shuttle reservation' This was nowhere indicated to do so and I gave the information on flights departures/arrivals on my reservation! Very poor communication as to where the shuttle pick up point was and even calling the front desk to ask, was given the wrong information. Super stressful.

Room was very nice, clean, bed was great, the room was very spacious and up to date.
The hotel staff were super nice and friendly.

Nice, not super fancy but clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Great location. Only downside: I stayed there on Saturday night and people were up talking and shouting in the pool area (outside my door) until 1 am.
